Micah M. Griffin, PhD
Micah M. Griffin, PhD, is a public health strategist and executive leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning healthcare, life sciences, higher education and community engagement. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, health equity and human insight—helping organizations turn complex challenges into practical approaches that strengthen access, trust and outcomes.
Across his career, Micah has led national patient-engagement campaigns reaching more than one million people, directed multi-state community health initiatives, and held senior leadership roles overseeing teams of up to 180 professionals and multimillion-dollar health and wellness portfolios. His experience spans complex work with healthcare, life sciences, higher education and mission-driven organizations at both national and community levels.
