Micah M. Griffin, PhD, is a public health strategist and executive leader whose career has spanned healthcare, life sciences, higher education, community health and social impact. His work has consistently focused on a central question: how do we build strategies and systems that work better for the people they are meant to serve?
Over more than 15 years, Micah has moved between executive leadership, consulting, community engagement and organizational strategy—giving him a perspective that connects boardroom decisions with real-world experience. He has led national patient-engagement efforts reaching more than one million people, directed multi-state health initiatives, managed large multidisciplinary teams and multimillion-dollar portfolios, and advised leaders navigating complex questions of access, trust, equity and impact.
